“The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.”

ABOUT MY THERAPY PRACTICE
Approach & Methods
At Wild Thread Therapy, this is a place that you can explore what it means to discover these parts of you that may not have been embraced yet. I am someone who is passionate about self-love, self-compassion and inner strength. Part of the work I do as a therapist, is to repair that connection of love between you and all the parts of you that have loved you, protected you and kept you safe.
